Pakistan, July 23 -- At the United Nations Security Council, Pakistan's Ambassador Usman Jadoon strongly challenged India's statements. He said India misused the platform to spread false accusations against Pakistan. Jadoon rejected these claims and said the facts about Kashmir are clear. He reminded the Council that India illegally occupies Jammu and Kashmir. He also said India broke UN resolutions and denied Kashmiris their right to self-rule.
Furthermore, Jadoon accused India of supporting terrorism inside Pakistan. He mentioned international reports that document India's harsh treatment of minorities.
