India, Nov. 26 -- The Foreign Office (FO) on Wednesday expressed "grave concern" over a United Nations report documenting systemic human rights violations in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). The report, released on Monday, highlighted the aftermath of a terror attack in Pahalgam in April 2025, which India blamed on Pakistan without evidence.

Pakistan's FO said the findings "underscore the severe and systematic human rights violations endured by the Kashmiri people under Indian occupation." It noted the arbitrary arrest and detention of nearly 2,800 individuals, including journalists, students, and human rights advocates.
