ISLAMABAD, Jan. 28 -- Pakistan and Germany emphasized closer economic cooperation to boost trade, investment, and long-term development. Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb met German Ambassador Ina Lepel to discuss reforms and growth. Both sides stressed a stable business environment to support sustainable progress.
Aurangzeb shared Pakistan's economic priorities, highlighting macroeconomic stability, fiscal sustainability, and growth driven by competitiveness. He discussed efforts to strengthen exports, support economic recovery, and improve resilience against external shocks. Lepel appreciated Pakistan's reform initiatives and expressed Germany's continued support for collaboration.
