Pakistan, July 24 -- The proposed tri-nation cricket series between Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the UAE is now in its final planning phase. According to sources, the series will be finalized on the sidelines of the upcoming Asian Cricket Council (ACC) meetings. Officials from all three countries are expected to hold discussions during the ACC gathering.
Sources further revealed that the official schedule and venues for the series may be announced shortly after the ACC sessions. The tournament is expected to take place in the United Arab Emirates ahead of the Asia Cup 2025. It will serve as key preparation for the participating teams, especially in adapting to regional playing conditions.
