Pakistan, June 18 -- LAHORE - Punjab's flagship housing initiative, Apni Chhat Apna Ghar, is making swift progress as over 140,000 homes are nearing completion, according to provincial ministers. The announcement came during a joint press conference by Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari and Housing Minister Bilal Yasin.
Azma Bokhari praised the program's rapid advancement, noting that 40,000 houses have already been constructed within just one year. She highlighted the provincial government's commitment to welfare and transparency. "Unlike past promises of five million homes, we're delivering real results," she said.
