Pakistan, June 18 -- In a gripping encounter at the FIH Nations Cup 2025, New Zealand pulled off a stunning comeback to defeat Pakistan 4-3, securing the top spot in Pool B. The match took place on Wednesday in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and kept fans on edge until the final whistle.
Pakistan entered the third quarter with a strong 3-1 lead after goals from Abdul Rehman (2) and Rana Waheed Ashraf. The Green Shirts looked in control and displayed solid defense through the first half of the match.
