Pakistan, Dec. 9 -- A growing number of young Bangladeshis have been found fighting for the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), raising concern among Bangladeshi authorities and security experts. At least four Bangladeshi nationals have reportedly been killed in Pakistan, while officials believe two dozen more are currently involved with militant groups.
One of the recruits, 22-year-old Faisal Hossain, told his family he was travelling to Dubai for work. Instead, he was killed during a security operation in Pakistan's Karak district in September 2025. His family learned the truth only after seeing images of his body shared in the media.
