Pakistan, Jan. 26 -- Convener of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Regional Committee on Food Shahid Imran has said that the new policy would significantly boost Pakistan's halal meat exports to global markets.

Talking to a delegation of exporters on Sunday, he said Pakistan possesses immense potential in the halal meat sector due to its large livestock base, skilled manpower and natural compliance with halal standards.
