Pakistan, July 7 -- The National Emergencies Operation Center (NEOC) has issued a strong warning about moderate to heavy monsoon rains expected to continue across Pakistan until July 10. These rains, driven by moisture from the Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea combined with a strong westerly weather wave, will likely cause both riverine and flash floods in multiple regions, especially near major rivers.
NEOC forecasts that water levels will rise significantly in Pakistan's main rivers, including Kabul, Indus, Jhelum, and Chenab.
