Pakistan, Oct. 22 -- Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Monday visited the residence of Grand Mufti of Pakistan, Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman, and held an extensive meeting with prominent Sunni scholars under his leadership.

Sindh's Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon and Provincial Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah also accompanied the interior minister during the visit. According to official sources, the meeting discussed in detail the recent developments in the country and other issues concerning religious scholars. The ulema presented their views on various matters and conveyed their concerns to the minister.
