Pakistan, July 21 -- The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced plans to open three new mega registration centers in Karachi. These centers will be set up in Malir Cantt, Malir, and Surjani Town. According to NADRA spokesperson Syed Shabbahat Ali, the goal is to reduce crowds and make the registration process easier. These centers aim to help citizens access services faster and with less hassle.
In a press briefing, the spokesperson shared key updates to identity laws. Now, birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates will be issued by Union Councils.
