Pakistan, June 30 -- The Sindh High Court on Monday rejected the bail plea of Atif Khan, husband of popular model and actress Nadia Hussain, in a high-profile Rs530 million bank fraud case involving a private company. The court also adjourned further proceedings until July 21, 2025.

During the hearing, Atif Khan's junior lawyer requested a postponement, stating that the lead counsel was unavailable due to other commitments. However, the court, led by Justice Mahmood A. Khan, decided to proceed with the case and hear bail pleas of all three accused together on the next date.

Atif Khan remains in judicial custody, while two other co-accused, Imtiaz and Faisal, had earlier escaped from the court premises during a previous hearing. They lat...
