Pakistan, Aug. 9 -- The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore has released its performance report for the first half of 2025. From January to June, NAB recovered Rs547.31 billion in total. Notably, Rs456 billion was recovered in the month of April alone, making it the most successful month of the period.

According to the report, NAB handed over movable and immovable properties worth Rs532 billion to federal and provincial ministries, departments, and financial institutions. This recovery is part of NAB's ongoing efforts to return stolen public assets to the state. The bureau also aims to deter financial crimes through such actions.
