Pakistan, Aug. 5 -- Mustafa Kamal, MQM Pakistan leader and Federal Health Minister, said Pakistan's struggle for Kashmir's freedom was fought in Karachi's streets. Speaking in the National Assembly, he accused India of being behind terrorism in Pakistan. Kamal stressed that Indian involvement in Pakistan's unrest is well-known and must be acknowledged by the nation.

He said Indian media often blames Pakistan whenever unrest occurs in India. Kamal added that India's name should be at the top when discussing terrorism in Pakistan. He emphasized the need for Pakistani youth to understand that India remains the country's primary adversary.
