Pakistan, Jan. 28 -- The Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) on Tuesday urged the federal government to intervention in Sindh's governance matters and appoint an arbitrator, along with a high-level judicial commission, to examine alleged administrative and security failures, particularly in Karachi.
