Pakistan, July 5 -- Renowned Pakistani actress Mehwish Hayat has categorically denied reports circulating on social media that she has been banned from entering the United Kingdom, calling the claims "completely speculative and false."

In a statement posted to her social media accounts, Hayat condemned the baseless rumours, which suggested that her alleged ban was linked to her appearance in Indian singer Yo Yo Honey Singh's music video Jatt Katta. The actress clarified that no such action has been taken against her and termed the claims "deliberate false assumptions."
