Pakistan, March 30 -- The Punjab Police are set to deploy over 47,000 personnel across the province to ensure security during the upcoming Eidul Fitr holidays. The holiday, marking the end of Ramadan, is expected to begin on Monday, depending on the moon sighting. This large-scale deployment aims to keep celebrations safe amid recent security concerns.

Police officers will be stationed at over 29,000 Eid gatherings across the province, including mosques, imambargahs, and key locations.
