Pakistan, July 22 -- Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has officially launched the Punjab Counter-Narcotics Force, vowing zero tolerance against drug dealers. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony in Lahore, she declared that drug peddlers have no place in the province. Maryam Nawaz presented the official flag to an officer and inspected the force's parade during the event.

She praised the quick establishment of the anti-drug force, calling it a bold and timely step. Stressing the urgency of the matter, she said eradicating drugs-especially from schools and colleges-is vital for protecting future generations.
