Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are at the center of a police incident. A 48-year-old process server was arrested outside of the Kansas City Chiefs star's home after allegedly attempting to serve Swift with deposition papers relating to Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively's legal battle, multiple outlets report.

According to a Leawood Police Department offense report obtained by E! News, the intruder was arrested just after 2am on Sept. 15. The man, who was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing, was later released after posting bond. According to Star, who was first to report the incident, the man is due back in court on Oct. 15.
