New York: A rare diplomatic moment turned into a viral spectacle when French President Emmanuel Macron's motorcade was halted by the New York Police Department (NYPD) in Manhattan. The incident occurred as U.S. President Donald Trump's movement froze city traffic, forcing Macron to briefly step out of his vehicle.

Despite Macron's security and official status, NYPD officers refused to let his convoy pass, citing the U.S. President's scheduled route.
