Pakistan, Nov. 16 -- Lebanon announced plans to file a complaint with the UN Security Council over Israel's construction of a concrete wall that Beirut says extends beyond the UN-mapped Blue Line. Moreover, Lebanese officials argue that the ongoing project violates their sovereignty and international agreements.

The Blue Line, established by the United Nations, separates Lebanon from Israel and the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights, marking the line to which Israeli forces withdrew in 2000. Additionally, UN officials have raised concerns about the impact of the new construction on local communities near the border.
