Pakistan, June 22 -- LAHORE - Light to moderate rainfall swept through Lahore on Sunday, finally ending the long spell of humidity and providing a much-needed break for residents. The showers brought down temperatures and added a fresh feel to the city's atmosphere.

Rain hit several parts of the city, including Abbott Road, Ferozepur Road, Kalma Chowk, Jail Road, and Mall Road. Strong winds accompanied the rain, making it even more refreshing for people who had been dealing with hot and humid conditions.

According to the Meteorological Department, cloudy skies will continue to hover over Lahore, and more rain is expected throughout the day. Intermittent showers are likely to keep temperatures manageable and the weather enjoyable.
