Pakistan, June 17 -- The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) has successfully achieved its annual tax collection target of Rs 47 billion by June 15, well before the fiscal year-end.
KP Finance Adviser Muzzammil Aslam confirmed the achievement after reviewing a detailed report presented by KPRA Director General Fauzia Iqbal.
The adviser expressed confidence that with continued efforts, the authority could potentially reach Rs 50 billion by the end of June.
Muzzammil Aslam commended the KPRA team for their performance, stating the early achievement demonstrates improved tax administration and compliance in the province.
