PESHAWAR, July 26 -- The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tourism Department has issued a safety advisory for tourists and locals visiting the province's scenic areas, warning of potential flash floods from July 21 to 29.

According to the advisory, tourists are strongly advised to avoid unnecessary travel and must call the 1422 helpline before heading to any tourist destination. The department stressed caution due to the increased risk of landslides and flash flooding in popular mountainous areas.
