Although Kim Kardashian admitted she was "well known for always saying, 'You should never put a bumper sticker on a Bentley'" when it comes to getting tattoos, she proudly showed off her hidden ink during the Sept. 24 episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, pulling down her bottom lip to put the tiny infinity symbol on display.

And although Kim told host Jimmy Fallon that "tattoos were against my ethos" growing up, she explained that she doesn't regret getting the lip tattoo following her hosting appearance on Saturday Night Live in October 2021.
