Kerosene oil has become more expensive in Pakistan following a recent hike in high-speed diesel prices. The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) announced a Rs3.15 per litre increase in kerosene prices. The new rate is now Rs179.96 per litre, up from the previous Rs176.81.

OGRA issued a formal notification confirming the price adjustment. According to the notice, the new pricing takes effect immediately. The hike impacts households and small businesses, particularly in rural areas where kerosene is widely used.
