The buzz began when Kareena shared a thought-provoking Instagram story discussing marriage, divorce, and life's unpredictable struggles. She wrote: "You'll never truly understand Marriages, Divorces, Anxieties, Childbirth, Death of a loved one, Parenting. Until it happens to you.
