Pakistan, Feb. 6 -- K-Electric (KE) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Moonis Alvi has stepped down from his position, according to a disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on February 6. The development was formally communicated to the exchange in line with regulatory requirements under the Securities Act, 2015, and the PSX Rule Book.

The disclosure stated that "Syed Moonis Abdullah Alvi has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of K-Electric Limited." The company requested the PSX to disseminate the information to Trading Right Entitlement (TRE) certificate holders accordingly.
