Pakistan, July 8 -- LAHORE - A traffic fine issued to the security vehicle of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz's son, Junaid Safdar, has drawn public praise-not protest-from the young political figure.
On July 7, traffic police in Lahore stopped and fined a black-tinted vehicle assigned to Junaid Safdar's security. The vehicle was pulled over during a routine check for violating traffic laws related to black-tinted windows, which are banned under standard road safety regulations.
The incident gained attention on social media, especially after Junaid Safdar shared his response on Instagram the next day. In his story, he commended the professional behavior of the Punjab Traffic Police officers who stopped and fined the car.
