Pakistan, June 24 -- Israel's Defense Minister Israel Katz accused Iran of violating the ceasefire by launching missile attacks and ordered the Israeli military to respond strongly. However, Tehran denied these allegations of ceasefire violations.

According to Reuters, Israel Katz claimed that Iran fired missiles at Israel despite the ceasefire announced by the US President. He said he directed Israeli forces to target Iranian government assets and terror infrastructure in Tehran with strong actions.

The Israeli military reported that two missiles were fired from Iran, triggering sirens in northern Israel. An Israeli official, speaking anonymously to AFP, confirmed that the missiles were intercepted and prevented from causing damage.
