Pakistan, Jan. 21 -- The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police, in collaboration with the Chinese Embassy in Islamabad, inaugurated the sixth phase of a Chinese language course for police officers.

The program, held under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), aims to bridge communication gaps and enhance security coordination.

The course is designed to equip personnel with basic Mandarin proficiency while fostering cultural sensitivity.

Beyond immediate linguistic skills, the program serves as a pillar for expanded educational and cultural cooperation between the two nations' law enforcement agencies, Gwadar Pro reported.
