Pakistan, July 22 -- Iran has blamed European nations for the collapse of the 2015 nuclear agreement, just days before crucial talks are set to take place in Istanbul. The deal, once seen as a major diplomatic breakthrough, placed limits on Iran's nuclear activities in return for relief from international sanctions. However, the agreement began to fall apart after the United States pulled out in 2018 and reimposed harsh sanctions under then-President Donald Trump.
