Pakistan, Feb. 9 -- Iran has arrested Javad Emam, spokesman for the Reform Front, a major reformist political coalition. The Revolutionary Guards detained him at his home yesterday. Authorities said the arrest is linked to recent protests and political unrest in the country.

According to Iranian media, three other Reform Front politicians were also arrested yesterday. The judiciary accused them of trying to destabilize the nation during demonstrations. Officials claim these individuals acted against national interests while engaging in political activism.
