Pakistan, Oct. 14 -- Iran Air will resume direct flights between Lahore and Mashhad starting October 29, 2025. The airline will initially operate one weekly flight, restoring vital air connectivity after a period of limited service. This move marks Iran Air's renewed presence in Pakistan's aviation sector and aims to facilitate travel between the two countries.

The new route will connect Lahore's Allama Iqbal International Airport with Mashhad International Airport. It is expected to play an important role for Pakistani pilgrims traveling to Iran for religious visits. Besides pilgrims, general travelers will benefit from this convenient and direct flight option.
