Local media cited the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association and Gujarat cricket authorities for confirmation.

The match, originally scheduled to be held at Dharamsala's picturesque stadium, faced uncertainty after the closure of the city's airport, prompted by recent hostilities in the region.
