Pakistan, Jan. 22 -- Dreams lay the foundation of any seemingly impossible work if they are implemented with sincerity and dedication. Chief Indian negotiator Mr Niranjan Das Gulhati wrote in his book that he visualised, in 1954 during the Indus Waters Treaty (IWT) negotiations, diverting the waters of the Beas and Sutlej rivers completely to the deserts of Indian Rajasthan. At that time, these rivers irrigated a vast area of Montgomery (Sahiwal) and Lyallpur (Faisalabad).
