Pakistan, July 15 -- Indonesia's Defence Minister Lt Gen (R) Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin visited Islamabad to meet Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, expressing a keen interest in boosting defence cooperation between the two countries. The Indonesian minister highlighted the potential for collaboration in defence production, aiming to strengthen strategic ties and foster joint ventures in the defence industry.
During the meeting, both leaders reflected on the long-standing friendship between Pakistan and Indonesia, built on shared religious, cultural, and historical bonds.
