Pakistan, Dec. 29 -- Jailed PTI chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi have filed separate appeals in the Islamabad High Court against their 17-year prison sentences in the Toshakhana-2 case, challenging the special court's December 20 verdict. The convictions relate to the under-priced purchase of a Bulgari jewellery set from the state Toshakhana, with the couple also fined Rs16.4 million each, a decision they claim is politically motivated and part of a broader victimisation campaign.
