Pakistan, Aug. 5 -- A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday reserved its verdict in a petition against the auction of the properties of Bahria Town.

A two-judge bench comprising Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif reserved the verdict after hearing arguments.

During the hearing, NAB prosecutor Rafi Maqsood, senior legal counsel Farooq H Naik and others appeared in the court. Farooq H Naik Advocate said that Bahria Town has filed a new petition against the auction advertisement. Zain Malik had entered into a plea bargain with NAB. Bahria Town properties were kept as collateral for Zain Malik.
