Pakistan, Sept. 5 -- The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected a petition seeking reopening of educational institutions closed due to corona virus outbreak.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court justice Athar Minallah heard the case.
During the Hearing the counsel for the petitioner told the court that he had earlier filed a petition on which the court directed him to approach the concerned institution.
He said that the government was not showing seriousness in the matter of opening of educational institutions .
Chief Justice Athar Minallah remarked that this court could not issue any order on the basis of presumption.
