Pakistan, June 26 -- Heavy monsoon rains continue across various parts of Pakistan, causing tragic incidents and widespread disruption. In Punjab, six people, including children, have lost their lives in separate rain-related accidents, while 25 others sustained injuries. In Chunian, Kasur, two young girls died after a roof collapsed during the rain. A similar incident in Bahawalnagar claimed the life of a 4-year-old boy.
Strong winds and heavy downpours have caused power outages in many areas as feeders tripped. Low-lying neighborhoods have also been flooded.
