Pakistan, Jan. 13 -- Islamabad District and Sessions Courts heard the case related to a disputed tweet involving Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha, as the court granted temporary relief to one accused and set the next date for further proceedings.
The hearing was conducted by Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka. During the proceedings, Hadi Ali Chattha appeared before the court, while Iman Mazari did not attend due to health reasons.
Hadi Ali Chattha informed the court that Iman Mazari was suffering from a high fever of 104 degrees, which made it difficult for her to appear. He added that he was also unwell but chose to attend the hearing to avoid any impression of avoiding the court process.
