Pakistan, July 8 -- LAHORE - Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman has strongly opposed any move by the Pakistani government to recognise Israel or join the Abraham Accords. Speaking at a press conference in Lahore, he warned that such actions would face massive public resistance across the country.
He harshly criticised India, calling it a "terrorist state," and claimed both India and Israel are working together to suppress Muslims. Rehman also condemned the ongoing Israeli attacks in Palestine and slammed the silence of Arab nations and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), calling their inaction "criminal negligence."
