Pakistan, Jan. 25 -- Rescue teams continued operations for the ninth straight day at Gul Plaza, as workers recovered additional human remains from deep within the collapsed structure, intensifying the scale of the tragedy.

Officials said specialized teams carefully removed debris from upper levels, while heavy machinery and manual tools were used together to avoid further damage and protect possible survivors.
