Pakistan, July 16 -- Sindh Local Government Minister, Saeed Ghani, has directed that a comprehensive survey be conducted of all buildings declared dangerous, following complaints that some structures may have been wrongly classified as hazardous.

The Local Government Minister made these remarks on Tuesday while chairing the first meeting of a provincial-level committee formed to review decrepit and dangerous buildings across Sindh. The minister emphasized that committees already exist under the supervision of the respective Deputy Commissioners for the survey of such buildings.
