Pakistan, July 12 -- The Sindh government has announced Rs. 600,000 reward for the players from Sindh who delivered an outstanding performance in the South Asian Karate Championship. Meanwhile, a sponsorship cheque of Rs. 1.83 crore has also been provided to the street children's team of Lyari Football Academy, which is set to participate in the Norway Cup 2025.
These announcements were made by Sindh Sports Minister Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Mehr during a meeting with athletes in Karachi. The meeting was attended by the players who won medals for Pakistan in the South Asian Karate Championship, who presented their medals to the sports minister.
