Pakistan, Aug. 7 -- The federal government has decided to privatize ten major public institutions within the next year, including Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), Roosevelt Hotel, and First Women Bank. This move is part of a broader plan to privatize 24 state-owned entities in three phases over the next five years. The goal is to improve efficiency and reduce the financial burden on the national treasury by transferring these institutions to private management.
