Pakistan, Oct. 5 -- KARACHI - The price of gold in Pakistan climbed sharply once again on Saturday, reflecting gains in the international bullion market.
According to market dealers, the price of one tola of gold rose by Rs 2,100, reaching Rs 409,878, while the rate of 10 grams increased by Rs 1,801 to Rs 351,404.

In the global market, gold prices jumped by $21, reaching $3,886 per ounce. A day earlier, international gold prices had remained steady at $3,865 per ounce, with the local market holding at Rs 407,778 per tola.
