Pakistan, July 26 -- Gold prices in Pakistan have dropped for the third consecutive day, the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association reported. The price of 24-carat pure gold per tola fell by Rs 300 to Rs 356,400.

Similarly, 24-carat gold per 10 grams decreased by Rs 257 to Rs 305,555, while 22-carat gold per 10 grams fell by Rs 235 to Rs 280,102.

Silver prices also declined, with rates dropping by Rs 60 per tola and Rs 52 per 10 grams. The new prices are Rs 3,963 per tola and Rs 3,397 per 10 grams. On the international market, gold prices slipped slightly from $3,340 to $3,337 per ounce.

On July 24, 24-carat gold had fallen sharply by Rs 5,900 to Rs 359,000 per tola. The next day, it dropped further by Rs 2,300 to Rs 356,700...
