Pakistan, July 2 -- Gold prices fell today across Pakistan, signaling a shift after recent gains. According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-carat pure gold per tola dropped by 600 rupees to 356,200 rupees.
Similarly, the price for 24-carat gold per 10 grams fell by 514 rupees, reaching 305,384 rupees. The price of 22-carat gold per 10 grams was recorded at 279,945 rupees.
Silver prices also saw a decline. The price of silver per tola decreased by 18 rupees to 3,816 rupees, while 10 grams of silver dropped by 16 rupees, closing at 3,271 rupees. These local price drops correspond with a fall in the international gold market, where the price per ounce slid from 3,348 dollars to 3,342 dollars.
